This week I want to share with you a book that I keep re-reading called “What your mother couldn’t tell you and your father didn’t know” by John Gray.

Once upon a time, a long time ago, men and women were peaceful partners in a hostile and dangerous world. A women felt loved and respected because each day her mate went out and risked his life to provide for her.

She didn’t expect him to be sensitive or nurturing.

Good communications were not part of his job description.

Men and women existing in different spheres.

How times have changed!

I didn’t realise the huge differences between men and women until I read this book.

It has helped me to understand why misunderstandings happen both at work and at home.

So, if you can’t understand why your partner doesn’t understand you this is the book for you to read this Summer.

It’s full of helpful ways to change the way we communicate with each other.

Please also drop me an email and let me know how you’re getting on.

With love

Lesley
