How to attract what you want today

I hope you are fit and well in spite of what’s still going on in the world.

As you know my plan is to share motivational thoughts, stories, tips, and tools to help discover what you want in life and how to achieve it.

I promised to send you an email once a week that gives meaningful content that is easy to consume and integrate into your daily life and I didn’t do that last week…I missed you.

The reason I wasn’t in contact is because lock down was reduced and I had the opportunity of visiting my 95 year old Mum who lives alone – 300 miles away from me. I hadn’t seen her for 14 months and her list of jobs for me got longer and longer.

So last week we spent out time doing her jobs and taking her out for a drive and for lunch which was lovely.

So, I’m back home now and remembered something I want to share with you.

It’s called the Law of Attraction from Jack Canfield. The Law of Attraction is based on the fact that you’ll attract into your life whatever you give your energy, focus and attention to – wanted or unwanted – you must become more deliberate about what you think and feel.
