Welcome to 2017

I’m writing to you from my cozy home in Southampton in England. The weather isn’t exactly “wintery” here by UK standards… but it has certainly cooled down a lot.

As a family, we have been enjoying some quality time together this holiday season except that my Mum has been poorly in hospital for the past few months so was not able to join us all over Christmas and New Year, and this was a stressful time for the family.

However, at Christmas I was thrilled to spend time with my husband, brother, son and daughter in law and my West Highland Terrier called Ben. Now we’ve welcomed 2017 it’s time to start thinking about what we want to achieve.

Looking back at 2016, our lives have improved so much, yet there is still room for bigger and better things. That’s because achievers, like you and I, are committed to continual improvement.

So here are a few things you can do to start your year on a high note and create an even better you:

  1. Add a personal development books to your 2017 reading list. My recommendation is Jack Canfield’s Success Principles.
  2. Think about what you don’t want in your life for 2017. Sign up for a FREE 30-minute coaching session here to talk about the way forward.
